Lower Camden County Dog Training Club, Inc.

Welcome!

The Lower Camden County Dog Training Club is a non-profit club founded in 1947.  The dog training club and its members are dedicated to:  

 

  1. Promoting obedience training of dogs of all breeds
  2. Promoting the general welfare of dogs
  3. Holding obedience trials/matches and agility trials/matches under the American Kennel Club rules and regulations
  4. Performing therapeutic work through visits to nursing homes, senior citizen centers, rehabilitation centers, etc.
  5. Conducting educational programs on dogs and dog training at schools, clubs, shopping malls, and other organizations.

Congratulations to our Training Director Shirley! She received the Highest Scoring Poodle and 1st Place in the Nonsporting Group at the 2011 AKC NOI...cheers, woohoo, yay!!

Important Dates

- Next club meeting - Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 at 7:30 pm (no classes on meeting dates) 
** No meetings in July and August.

- We hold a dog match show on the First Saturday of each month.  See Show 'N Go page for details.


Carl Fabian Memorial Trophy Fund

In honor of Carl Fabian's years of service and dedication to the sport of dog obedience, a memorial challenge trophy will be available at all future Lower Camden County Dog Training Club Obedience Trials.  The winner of HIT (High in Trial) for each year will be engraved on the trophy.  The trophy will be awarded to the person winning HIT three times.  

In addition to recognition on the challenge trophy, a generous cash prize will be offered to the winner each year.  Donations for the trophy fund to support this award are being accepted.  For more information please contact LCCDTC_NJ@yahoo.com
